Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a smooth transmittance of powder without clogging of the powder even when some solid materials are contained in the powder by a method wherein a branch pipe is arranged in an air feeding pipe at a rear position of a main air valve, and an air injection nozzle is provided on the top part of a fluidizing plate.
CONSTITUTION: Branch pipe is arranged in the air feeding pipe 10 at a rear position of the main air valve 1, and an air injection nozzle 4 is installed over the fluidizing plate 3 in such as way as the air may be flowed in a horizontal direction and a circulation flow may be provided along a side wall of a container. Due to this arrangement, the solid materials are moved to a central part of the container by the circulation flow, flowed into the transmitting pipe along with powder as well as the air flow moved up from below and then transmitted. Thereby, the powder may be transmitted smoothly without any clogging of the solid materials even if the solid materials are contained in the powder.
