Abstract
PURPOSE: To remove dust sticking to the filtering element securely, by moving the cleaning body held at a pressure lower than in a dust removing chamber on the surface of the filtering element.
CONSTITUTION: Dust containing gas sent into a dust containing gas lead-in chamber 5 in a dust removing chamber 1 through a dust containing gas supply port 6 passes through a filtering element 4 depending on the pressure gradient. The dust in the gas is captured on the surface or in the structure of the filtering elememt 4 to be clean gas, which is sent to necessary destinations through a cleaned gas effluent chamber 7, effluent port 8, and effluent pipe 9. A cleaning body 2 is caused to oscillate on the circumference of the filtering element 4 by a driving motor 15, and due to pressure difference between the inside of dust removing chamber 1 and the inside of cleaning body 2, the entire circumference of the filtering element 4 is cleaned just as dust is sucked in a vacuum cleaner.
