Abstract
PURPOSE: To eliminate a heat treatment processing by a method wherein a stainless steel plug is inserted into a communication hole from a water chamber, a clearance between the plug and the pipe plate is sealed and welded.
CONSTITUTION: High nickel alloy layer 20 is molten adhered to a surface of the pipe plate 2 conrresponding to a water chamber. Plug 17 made of austenite stainless steel is inserted into the communication hole 15, both the outer circumference of the projected portion of the plug 17 and the surface layer 20 are sealed and welded. Thereby, a repairing may be performed without having such a heat treatment as a pre-heating or annealing etc. and a repairing time may be shortened and some welding failures may be prevented in advance.
