PURPOSE:To eliminate the miscontrol by adding the initializing circuit which switches forcedly the switching signal to the monitor and control device in case the electronic computer has some trouble. CONSTITUTION:Initializing circuit 12 is installed to control unit C of the remote monitor and control device. Then switching signal Ka which gives switching to the selection signals from the electronic computer and the monitor and control device is supplied to circuit 12 along with trouble signal Kd which is delivered from the computer in case the computer has some trouble. When no signal Kd is supplied, circuit 12 delivers signal Ka from the computer to input switching circuit 3 directly and in the form of switching signal Ka'. In case signal Kd is supplied, circuit 3 delivers signal Ka' which gives switching toward the monitor and control device to circuit 3 regardless of signal Ka. Thus the malfunction can be prevented when the computer has some trouble.
