Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain uniform products and reduce the number of constituent parts for the device, by forming a coil bobbin with resin, coiling on the bobbin, attaching magnetic yoke to the bobbin, and then by filling the space between the mold and the coil and terminals with resin.
CONSTITUTION: The bearing 3 is attached inside the formed case 1 of the core 2, the proportonal control valve is made of resin and attached to the coil bobbin 4 that is wound by the coil 5, the measuring olifice 13 is set at the path of fluid on the body 12, and the measuring valve 14 is equipped in the olifice 13. The bobbin 4 is formed as shown by the drawing, and the terminals 6, 7 are connected with the lead-in wire by means of the gut 4a. The yoke 8 is attached to the associating part of the coil, and all the outer coating is molded of the resin material 9. By this, the number of parts can be reduced comparing heretofore and the effeciency of assembly is improved permitting to offer the products at low cost.
