Abstract

PURPOSE: To shorten a period required for unvaporized fuel combustion and to stabilize a vaporizing combustion, by a method wherein the secondary air for burning is fed to the bottom at the inside of a combustion cylinder through a great many holes perforated in an outside wall of a blast air chamber provided between a rotary vaporizing cylinder and the bottom wall at the inside of a combustion cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: A gas chamber 3 is provided between a combustion cylinder 1 and an outer cylinder 2, a great many jet flame holes 4 connected to a gas chamber 3 being perforated in the combustion cylinder 1. A rotary vaporizing cylinder 5 is turned at a high speed through the working of a rotary shaft 6, an enforced air, simultaneously, being supplied to the rotary vaporizing cylinder 5 through a blast cylinder 9 from a blast chamber 8. So fed air mixed with fuel oil supplied from an oil feed tube 18 is jetted to the combustion cylinder 1. The air-fuel mixture is ignited by an ignition plug 20 thereat, an unvaporized fuel burning, as a result, being performed. And thereby the rotary vaporizing cylinder is heated, which results in vaporizing the fuel oil.
