Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase allowable power of passing microwaves by providing a metallic ring to both sides of a ceramic-made disk with a metallization layer formed at its outer circumference and then by forming on outer circumferences of the ring and disk a copper plating layer for junction sealing. CONSTITUTION:Ceramic-made disk 11 and metallic ring 12 are junction-sealed with copper plating layer 13 and cooling pipe 14 is fitted on the outer circumference of plating layer 13. Disk 11 is for the airtight holding of vacuum or pressure gas and on its circumference, metallization layer 15 is formed. Plating layer 13 is formed by thickly copper on the outer circumference surfaces of disk 11 and ring 12 by electric casting, etc., and the junction sealing of disk 11 and ring 12 is attained by this copper plating layer 13.
