Disk 11 is for the airtight holding of vacuum or pressure gas and on its circumference, metallization layer 15 is formed. Plating layer 13 is formed by thickly copper on the outer circumference surfaces of disk 11 and ring 12 by electric casting, etc., and the junction sealing of disk 11 and ring 12 is attained by this copper plating layer 13.
