Abstract

The second clamper 10 keeps an output e4 at the lowest clamping level and flows a small current to a DC motor 7, when the output of a smoothing circuit 12, which smoothes the output of a current detector 8, is zero. When a current flows in the DC motor 7, the clamping level is increased higher than the lowest clamping level by the output of the smoothing circuit 12, and the current in the DC motor 7 is increased slowly.
