Abstract
PURPOSE: To operate recording of information efficiently and economically by a method wherein, in discriminating informations concerning the liquid specimen in a moving container, a magnetic body is provided on the container, the obtained information is magnetically recorded and is read, and the information which is no longer required is erased.
CONSTITUTION: Sample cups 3 are fitted to cup-enclosing holes 2 of sample rack 1 in a straight line, and the sample rack 1 is transported along the specified path, and thereby various kinds of automatic chemical analysis are operated. Magnetic body 4 is provided on the side surface of sample rack 1 in a straight line. It is mounted on belt 8 and is transported to toward a sample pouring position. The unwanted information recorded in magnetic body 4 of rack 1 which has been transported is erased by erase head 9. The information concerning the sample contained in each sample cup 3 is recorded in magnetic body 4 by means of record head 10, and it is read by read head 13 at the sample pouring position. By this, it is made possible to perform analysis on the desired item concerning each sample.
