Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the insulation property of the poorly flexible wire by means of a doubling plate with a proper curvature placed on the iron-core.
CONSTITUTION: Ring-shaped doubling plates 4 are laid on and under a ring core 10 which matches the shape of the core 10 with an optimum curvature in such a matter that the curvature of the doubling plate can conceal the angle of the core 10. When a poorly flexible wire 3 is wound around the core 10, the curvature of the doubling plates serves for the smooth winding of the core 3. In this manner, the use of the doubling plates 4 allows any poorly flexible conductor 3 to be wound around the core smoothly thereby eliminating fear of broken insulation due to a pressure maek caused on the wire by the angle of the core. This is applicable regardless of the shape not confined to the rolled-core-shaped ring core.
