Abstract
PURPOSE:To permit a magnet to reciprocate smoothly relative to coils by a method wherein iron cores are penetrated through holes provided in a pipe made of non- magnetic material, and the coils are wound on the iron cores. CONSTITUTION:Holes are provided in a pipe 1 made of non-magnetic material, and iron cores 4 are penetrated through all of the holes in the first round from either an upper or a lower end, then connection of each coil 3 is completed by utilizing the coil 3 wound on the iron core 4. Next the iron cores 4 are hammered to the extent that they are projected slightly into the pipe 1, and rings 2 are put on the outer side of the coils 3, then the iron cores 4 are moved back to the position before hammering by applying metal patches to the cores from the inside of the pipe 1. After completing the fixing of the iron cores 4 and the connection of coils 3 by the repetition of the above-described operation, an outside pipe 5 is put on the outside of the ring 2, then stoppers 6 are fixed with rivets, and finally finishing processing is added to the inside surface of the pipe 1. By so doing, it is possible to reciprocate a magnet 8 smoothly in the pipe 1.
