CONSTITUTION:In a reception stand-by state when no signal arrives from transmitter 1, receiver 6 of a mobile microwave repeater (FPU unit) used for repeating TV signals makes switch 14 continue to alternate two local oscillators 8 and 9 at proper intervals of time under the control of controller 15. When transmitter 1 is put into operation and switch 5 sends a signal of either channel, receiver 6 receives it and when the local oscillation signal selected by switch 14 is of the same channel as a transmitted channel, reception frequency converter 7, filter 16 and detector 13 detect an intermediate frequency signal to stop the switching operation of switch 14 by controller 15. When the received local oscillation signal differs from the transmitted channel, the switching operation of switch 14 is carried on and when the channel agrees, the switching operation is stopped.
