Abstract

PURPOSE: To control a control unit without malfunctions, by stopping supply of a control command signal, which is transmitted to the control unit through a switching unit, when it is detected that the command device in the on-line mode is abnormal.
CONSTITUTION: In the CPU which controls a controlled unit by a remote supervisory and controlling unit, command devices 10 and 20 give control command signals to the control unit, and mode control unit 30 controls the operation mode of devices 10 and 20 to designate a command device which can be set to the on-line mode. The command device designated by unit 30 is set to the on-line mode by switching unit 40, and switching is so performed that the control command signal can be transmitted to control unit TC50. In this case, if unit 30 detects that the command device in the on-line mode is abnormal, supply of the control command signal transmitted to unit 50 through unit 40 is stopped. As a result, unit 50 can be controlled without malfunctions.
