Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A heat transfer tube 2 is pierced into a through hole of a tube plate 1, and a melting projecting layer 5 is mounted by melting projecting wear- proof metal on an outer circumference of the heat transfer tube 2 contacting with the through hole of the tube plate 1. As the melting projecting materials, a Mo-Ni- Al compound body, a Ni-Cr-Al alloy or a Ni-Cr-W alloy, which main component is Co, or the like are suitable.
