Abstract
PURPOSE: To realize the continuous formation of the encorder recording bit featuring the high accuracy and high division, by turning the original disk in a fixed speed and then irradiating the energy beam controlled with the fixed frequency to the the original disk.
CONSTITUTION: Master original disk 1 is turned in a fixed speed by means of rotary device M which features the accurate turning, and the laser beam or the like is irradiated on the recording layer. This beam is controlled with the fixed frequency, and the irradiation is given and discontinued repetitively in accordance with the frequency to move sequentially toward the radius of the original disk. As a result, encoder recording bit 4 is formed on the recording layer in the form of the track with the length and the space which are decided by the rotational speed of disk 1 and the control frequency of the energy beam. And bit 4 is recorded so as to form a fan-shape in which the bit groups 6 are arranged in one row when viewed from the rotational center, thus forming plural number of tracks with one unit of bit 4 formed with every fixed rotational angle and toward the track. In such way, the information recording disk featuring the high-accuracy and high-division recording bit can be obtained continuously.
