Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the position deviation, distortion and uneven fixing of recording by specifically disposing two recording paper conveying rollers and specifically controlling them.
CONSTITUTION: The 1st recording paper conveying roller 7 which is driven by an induction motor is disposed behind a fixing device 4 and the 2nd recording paper conveying roller 8 which is driven by a step motor is disposed before a recorder 2. The step motor is energized in the stop position to fix the 2nd recording paper conveying roller 8 and the induction motor is driven to revolve a metal roller 7a to eliminate the slack of the recording paper 1a, after which the step motor is step- driven to convey the recording paper 1a by way of the 2nd recording paper conveying roller 8 always at a fixed speed during recording period. Next, the step motor is energized after the stop of the induction motor, so that the conveying of the recording paper 1a is stopped. As a result of this, the movement of the recording paper 1a after the end of recording is completely prevented and the intended object achieved.
