Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve a fail-safe property for the fault of a circuit element by comparing set times of three time constant circuits mutually and by driving an output relay only when relation among them is within a prescribed range. CONSTITUTION:When switch S1 is turned on, capacitor C2 is charged through resistance R2, and the charging potential becomes the Zener voltage of Zener diode D1 at prescribed set time T3, and the base bias is given to transistor Tr Q1. Meanwhile, when the set time dependent upon resistance R1, relay K, resistance R3, and capacitor C3 becomes T4, Tr Q2 becomes conductive to charge capacitor C1 to a prescribed voltage after set time T5. If set times are so set that they may satisfy T3>T4+T5, Tr Q1 is conductive after that, and electric charge of C1 is discharged through relay K, Tr Q1, and diode D2, and this discharging current and the current flowed to resistance R1 are flowed to relay K and is pulled in. By this relation among set times, relay K is not operated for the fault of any part.
