PURPOSE:To obtain a high frequency band IC of millimetric wave band or more, by reducing a branching loss by use of a dielectric system line as a resonator of the signal separating/coupling circuit, and making a diode coupling possible by use of a micro strip line as to one of the transmission line at least. CONSTITUTION:The base plate 3 of a micro strip line, a strip conductor 1 and a dielectric 4 are provided through the ground conductor 2, on the dielectric 6 for supporting the micro strip line and the dielectric resonator. And the dielectric constant of the dielectric 6 in made lower than that of the dielectrics 3, 4. Moreover, the directional coupler consisting of the main line and the ring resonator can be taken large enough by deciding the respective shapes so that the propagation wavelength of the micro strip line and the dielectric line can be equal.
