Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the output of an auxiliary power circuit through simple constitution by a method wherein AC supplies variant in frequency each other are connected to an input side of one insulated transformer and an output circuit is connected to an output side through filters variant in frequency. CONSTITUTION:Power supplies 2a, 2b variant in frequency are connected to the primary side winding 11 of an insulated transformer 1 through filters 3a, 3b. Then, filters 5a, 5b same in characteristic as said filters 3a, 3b are connected to the secondary side windings 12a, 12b. An output of each winding 12a is inputted to a DC voltage generating circuit 6 consisting of voltage double circuits 61-63 through the filter 5a, and a high-tension side terminal T of the circuit 6 keeps a filament 81 of an electron beam accelerator 8 at high potential. Then, an output of the winding 12b is inputted to a transformer 71 working as an auxiliary power circuit 7 through the filter 5b, and a heating power of the filament 81 is supplied from the circuit 7.
