Abstract
PURPOSE: To simplify constitution and to realize stable and secure operation by using a logic circuit, especially an integrated logic circuit using CMOS transistor.
CONSTITUTION: To terminal E, a DC voltage source is connected and a signal to be detected is applied to terminal I to lead an output signal out from terminal O. The electric power source connected terminal E serves as that of logic circuit L and each element of it consists of a CMOS transistor to give power voltage E a threshold level of 1/2. When a signal of a random waveform is applied to input terminal I and a voltage between terminals T1 and T2 exceeds the threshold voltage, the outputs of NAND tages A1 and A2 are inverted. Consequently, output "1" is sent out from output terminal O.
