Abstract
PURPOSE:To get a powerfree delaying device without liquid leak, by fitting a flexible film between a piston rod and a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A piston 2 having a hole 3 is fitted slidable in a cylinder 1, and a piston rod 5 with a stepped tip is solidly formed at the center the piston 2. A press-button cap 6 is fitted to the rod end through the inner bead 7-1 of a film 7, while the circumference of a cylinder 1 with the outer bead 7-2 touches is formed concave to prevent the liquid 9 from leaking, its upper side being pressed by a cylinder cap 8. When the external force working on the cap 6 is removed, only a small amount of the liquid 9 leaks out from the surface of contact between the cylinder 1 and the piston 2 and it takes time for the piston 2 to reset.
