Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain stability in burning quality at boiler as well as to process vent air by supplying vent air as burning air from two-stage burning port of boiler in the processing system of vent air as pulverized coal carrier.
CONSTITUTION: Coal being supplied from the original coal take-in port 14 is finely ground at the powdering machine 1, while burning air supplied by the air fan 8 reaches the powdering machine 1 thru air duct 12 after being heated at the air pre-heater 9. At the powdering machine 1, the heated air removes humidity contained in the finely ground pulverized coal and the dried pulverized coal is sent to the separater 2. Vent air being separated is sent to port 18 by the fan 4, and is supplied to the inside of the furnace 7 for burning from nozzle 19 where the contained pulverized coal is burnt and processed. On the other hand, pulverized coal is carried to the burner nozzle 6 by heated air thru fan 10 from coal hopper 3.
