Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the lower flexibility with a thinner fluoric rubber layer by means of a rubber layer on the circumference of a fluoric rubber film formed at a desired thickness dried after a fluoric rubber solution is applied on the surface of the mandrel.
CONSTITUTION: A mandrel 3 is immersed into a tank 1 having a methyl keton solution 2 of a fluoric rubber therein. After excess solution is removed with a scraper 5, the fluoric rubber solution is evenly applied on the entire circumference of the mandrel 3 at a specified thickness. Then, after dried in the dryer at 40W60°C, the mandrel 3 covered with a fluoric rubber film 7 is introduced into the extruder 8 while fed with an NBR rubber to form a inner tube layer 9 on the circumference of the film 7. Then, after provided on the circumference of the layer 9 with a polyester reinforced layer 10, it is introduced into the extruder 11 to form a covering rubber layer 12. Thereafter, the mandrel is separately by separating the joint to obtain a hose of fixed length.
