Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize the constitution with the digital circuit by branching the output of one reproducing circuit into at least two parts and then comparing the states of the two signals with the time shifted to count the number of disagreement, thus facilitating the IC formation. CONSTITUTION:The output of the carrier reproducing circuit or the clock reproducing circuit is applied to input terminal 51. The input signal is branched into three branches, and the input of the 2nd branch is sample-held by sampling circuit 53 at the rising time of the output pulse of delay circuit 52 of the 1st branch. The input of the 3rd branch is held by sampling circuit 55 at the rising time of the output pulse of delay circuit 54. These two sample-held signals are supplied to exclusive logic sum circuit 57, and the output of circuit 57 is punched at sampling circuit 58 and via the pulse of delay circuit 56. And the short pulse is generated in the case of disagreement. This short pulse is counted for a fixed time by counter 59, and the scale of S/N can be presumed based on the scale of the count value.
