PURPOSE:To suppress greatly the occurrence of noise by making the use of high frequency electromagnetic field effectively by the procedure in which a high frequency coil is rolled into a bar-like core whose both ends are provided with a magnetic deflection portion and a high frequency electric field is introduced to the deflection portion to cause a high frequency electromagnetic field to generate. CONSTITUTION:The bulb 1 houses the magnetic core 7 of ferrite, etc., along its axial direction, and the core 7 is supported at the axial core position of the bulb 1 by the supporting wire 8 attached to the stem 3. Also, the core 7 is made up of a pair of the magnetic deflection portions 10a and 10b of an almost disk form, which are formed by facing the bar-like axle 9 and its both ends. In the core 7, the axle portion 9 is wound with the high frequency oscillating coil 14 and its both ends are inserted at a given interval in such a way that the magnetic deflection portion 10b is not connected with the oscillating coil 14 and then connected to the lead wire 4. Thus, the high frequency electromagnetic field formed by the oscillating coil can be utilized effectively.
