Abstract
PURPOSE: To arouse attention on the presence of gas by giving early warning in the case where a gas of a low concentration is detected, and to increase the safety by giving alarm using a buzzer of the like in the case where the detected gas exceeds a predetermined level of concentration.
CONSTITUTION: A gas sensor 21 of a gas detection circuit 20 detects gas. When the detected gas is of a low concentration, a previous alarm is imparted by means such as a light-emitting diode 30 to the operator to provoke his attention. When the detected gas reaches an alarm level preset by means of a variable resistor 22, an alarm is given by alarming means such as a buzzer 48 in addition to the early warning.
