Abstract
PURPOSE: To achieve shorter cleaning time, higher effect, smaller entire part of apparatus, etc. by disposing a spray pump, supply piping, recovering piping to a tank containing pretreating solution, oxide film treating solution and post-treating solution for aluminum materials and sequence-controlling these.
CONSTITUTION: When Al materials X such as profiles, plates, etc. being carried by a crane or the like reach the upper part of a treating vessel 1, a cover mechanism automatically opens and the Al materials X are suspended in the treating vessel 1. Then, a control part 31 operates to open suction valves A1, B2 and operate a power pump 17. Then, the degreasing solution in a tank 2 is sent via supply piping system 7 to the injection mechanism 11 in the treating vessel 1, whereby degreasing and cleaning of the Al materials are accomplished. The injected degreasing solution is recovered from the bottom of the treating vessel 1 into the tank 2 through recovery pipe system 8. When the specified time elapses, rinsing, oxide film treatment, etc. are progressed subsequently in the similar manner.
