Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify structure, reduce cost, and promote utility by adopting a metering system to control injection discharge as well as a system to inject fuel continuously to a collected part of suction pipes for simplifying functions.
CONSTITUTION: To solenoid valves S1WS4 equipped in a fuel inflow chamber 20 of a metering valve 11, a regulation operation signal is added from a computer 19 provided to an engine. To the computer 19, an FM signal of a value of suction air discharge output from an air flow sensor 28 provided to a suction pipe 7 is input together with electric signals of engine operation factors other than the suction air discharge, for example, the temperature of cooling water, the engine output, accelerated and decelerated speeds, the composition of exhaust gas, and others from a sensor 29. In this system, the computer 19 is used to provide regulations adapted for each operating state for supplying proper air-fuel mixture stably.
