Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a fluorine-containing polymer solution suitable for coating a surface of a film or a article for electrolysis, dialysis or the like, obtained by dissolving a specific fluorine-containing polymer in a fluorine-containing solvent.
CONSTITUTION: In a fluorine-containing solvent (B) with b.p. of 10W250°C such as 1,1,2-trichlorofluoroethane, there is dissolved under pressure of 1'10atm. at 20W 250°C a fluorine-containing polymer (A) which has a repeating unit shown by formulae I, II [wherein X is F, Cl, H, CF3; X' is X, (CF2)m-CF3; m is 1W5; n is 0W1; A is 1W20C org. group; Y is (P, Q, R), O-(P, Q, R); P is (CF2)a-(CXX')b- (CF2)c; Q is (CF2-O-CXX')d; R is (CXX'-O-CH2)e; aWe are 0W6] and has a side chain containing carboxylic acid ester group and of which a content of F bound to C constituting a main chain skeletal nucleus is 150W313pts.wt. to 100pts.wt. of a main chain skeletal nucleus C.
