Abstract

PURPOSE: To make the input of a stroke changing mechanism and the flow of a fluid linearly proportionate to each other by employing the stroke changing mechanism capable of the motion of a valve small or large when the flow of a fluid in gas apparatus is small or large respectively.
CONSTITUTION: This fluid throttle valve consists of a valve seat 12 having the wall 12a larger in diameter at the lower positions of a fluid to be controlled and a valve body 11 contacting with the seat 12. The wall face 12a is formed using (x) and (y) satisfying a given equation as coordinates. When the valve body is operated by a stroke change mechanism in case fluid supply pressure decreases as fluid flow increases, therefore, input stroke ratio and the flow ratio of the fluid to be controlled become equal.
