CONSTITUTION: Oil which contains water 5 is added with an about 10W100ppm emulsion breaker 8 and is passed through pump 5 into a spiral pipe 3 which causes the oil to make a circular motion in a plane perpendicular to its flow direction, then the oil is guided into centrifugal separator 1. The process accelerates unification of small water droplets in oil so that the separator 1 enables to economically separate water 7 and oil 6.
