Abstract

PURPOSE: To unnecessitate special wiring for control by a method wherein a heat source device is connected with terminal apparatuses utilizing hot water through hot-water feed conduits and return conduits electrically insulated from each other, and AC electrical signals are transmitted through these conduits.
CONSTITUTION: When a system is used for central heating, hot water to be used as a heat source for heating is stored in a tank 9 and heated by a heat exchanger 3 having gas burners 2. The hot water in the tank 9 is driven by a pump 4 to flow through a conduit 11 to a header 5, then fed through feed conduits 7aW7c to fan convectors 6aW6c used as terminal apparatuses utilizing hot water, and is returned to the tank 9 through return conduits 8aW8c and a header 10. In this case, the conduits 7aW7c, 8aW8c, 11, 12 and the headers 5, 10 are made of electrically conductive materials, electrically insulated couplings 13, 14a, etc. are fitted in the conduits 11, 8a, etc., and the heat source device and terminal apparatuses are controlled through the conductive conduits.
