Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform inclination correction and making equal of beam spot speeds with a compact mechanism by providing a one-dimensional condensing optical system having condensing action within deflection scanning plane and a one-dimensional condensing optical system having condensing action in the deflection plane and perpendicular direction.
