Abstract
PURPOSE:To accomplish better temperature compensation of the output of the measuring apparatus by utilizing the temperature characteristic of the detection element itself in the bridge type measuring apparatus serving as the temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION:The output voltage of the bridge type measuring apparatus comprising detection elements 1-4 is converted into the output current I2 corresponding to the output voltage with a voltage-current conversion circuit 200. The output current I2 is converted into the voltage signal Vout in a temperature compensation circuit 300. The circuit 200 is provided with resister 16 (or 16-1) to compensate the temperature characteristic of the voltage Vout of the circuit 300. The current level of the current signal generated from the circuit 200 is adjusted according to the voltage drop in the detection element in the measuring apparatus serving as a temperature senser thereby accomplishing the temperature compensation of the output characteristic.
