Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent broth from depositing on the mating surface between a burner head and a mixing pipe or a burner head holder by a method wherein a broth collecting portion or a draining portion for controlling the flow of the broth is provided at one part of the burner head.

CONSTITUTION: The gaseous mixture in a mixing chamber 55 of a mixing pipe 51 flows in a gas mixing chamber 56 constituted of a burner head holder 52, a burner cap 54 and a burner head 53, then is jetted from flame holes 5 and burnt, forming flames 58. In this case, the broth flowing in from the flame holes 57 is stopped by broth collecting portion 60 consisting of a protuberant portion 56 provided along the periphery of a gaseous-mixture flow inlet 65 of the burner head 53. When the amount of the broth is larger than the volume of the collecting portion 60, the excess of broth flows along a burner head holder 52 into a mixing pipe 51. Since there is provided a draining portion 61 by changing the size of the gaseous-mixture flow inlet 65 from the inside size of the burner head 52, the deposition of broth to a gas sealing surface 62 is prevented.
