Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain such a heating device as is capable of using a waste oil containing much impurity mixed therein, high in viscosity and easy to produce an ash content much after combusion as fuel, easy to replenish said fuel, capable of burning it thoroughly and easy to remove an ash content thus produced.
CONSTITUTION: A waste oil fuel is poured in a fuel reservoir 4 in a combustion cylinder 5 through a feed pipe 3, an ignited waste cloth is fed through same feed pipe 3, and a blower 8 is actuated. A gaseous oil generated from the fuel surface being heated is mixed with a large quantity of the air fed and burned perfectly in accordance as it rises in the cylinder 5. The oil is further gasified by the combustion heat to accelerate the combustion. Then, a level in the fuel reservoir 4 is set lower than the bottom of a blast pipe 7. At a lower part of the combustion cylinder 5, the waste oil gas burned imperfectly is mixed further with the air from the blast pipe 7 to prefect combustion in accordance as it comes up to reash the top of the combustion cylinder and then exhausted from an exhaust cylinder 2 on the top thereof. After the fuel is burned out, a fixed pin 11 is removed, the combustion cylinder 5 is turned upside down, a cover 1 is opened, and an ash content residual in the cylinder is removed.
