Abstract
PURPOSE: To prepare the title fluororesin composition having wide sintering range and giving a high quality molded product, by adding powder of aVIII group metal element, an amine-based antioxidant and an organic sulfur compound to a fusible fluororesin.
CONSTITUTION: A fluororesin composition composed of (A) a fusible fluororesin comprising a tetrafluoroethylene copolymer or a chlorotrifluoroethylene copolyemer, e.g. tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer, (B) heat stabilizers to prevent the decomposition of the resin during processing, consisting of (B1) powder of a VIII group metal, (B2) an amine-based antioxidant, and (B3) an organic sulfur compound such as benzimidazole-based mercaptan, its salt, benzothiazole-based mercaptan, etc.
