Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent an oscillating circuit in heavy load drive from stopping without reference to input capacity by maintaining the operation of the oscillating circuit by increasing the number of stages of amplifiers when an electric power voltage lowers. CONSTITUTION:When control signal CL increases in potential, electronic switches 19 and 20 are OFF and ON respectively and inverters 17 and 18 are built in the oscillating circuit composed of crystal vibrator 13, inverter 8, etc. Therefore, even if the value of input capacity 11 is large and the input amplitude of inverter 8 is small so that a sufficient current can not be led out from its output terminal, the output voltage of inverter 8 is amplituded more than the input amplitude and further amplified by inverter 17, thereby applying inverter 18 at its input terminal with a sufficiently-large signal. Consequently, the sufficiently-large current can be led out from the output terminal 18 to supply vibrator 13 with the enough driving current to maintain vibrations of vibrator 13. Then, the oscillating circuit can securely be prevented from stopping in heavy load drive.
