Abstract
PURPOSE: To keep the letting out speed of fishing implements against water at a fixed level and thus facilitate the fishing work by a method wherein the speed of a boat is adjusted so that the deviation signal obtained by comparing a signal of the speed for letting out a rope with a signal of the speed of the boat becomes equal to the signal set beforehand by a speed setting apparatus for the fishing implements against water.
CONSTITUTION: When a trawl net 17 is cast into the water and a boat continues to proceed, a rope 16 is pulled by the stream resistance of fishing implements and rotates a winch drum 12. Then, a rope-casting speed signal from a pulse signal generator 22 provided on the shaft of the winch drum 12 is inputted in one terminal of the comparison circuit 24' of a boat-speed control device 24, while a boat speed signal from a boat speed detector 26 is inputted in the other terminal of the comparison circuit 24', thus the difference in both speeds being outputted as a deviation signal. The deviation signal thus obtained is inputted in one end of a comparison circuit 24", while a set signal set beforehand given by a speed setting apparatus 25 for the trawl net 17 against water being inputted in the other terminal of the comparison circuit 24", and both signals are compared. The difference obtained through the comparison is outputted and the output is then inputted in a rotation control device 28 of the propelling engine of the boat, etc., thereby the speed of the boat is controlled.
