An information signal and power energy converted by electrophoto converters 4 and 5 are converted into an electric signal and elctric energy by photoelectric converters 6 and 7 after passing through fibers 2 and 3. Therefore, since transmission is performed via optical fiber 3, the power line is never influenced by lightning, etc., so that power can stably be supplied.
