Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of facility by improving the efficiency of utilization of a controller, by allowing wave-form equalizers, connected to independent transmission line, to perform automatically equalization under the control of one controller. CONSTITUTION:While a group of contacts of switch 16 are at position 1, controller 15 is connected to equalizer 14, thereby performing the qualization of equalizer 14-1. Next, although the group of contacts of switch 16 are shifted to position 2 by a switching control signal, equalizer 14-1 is being controlled by a voltage stored in a memory circuit (not shown in the figure), so that the equalization end state will be maintained. In the same method, equalizers 14-2 to 14-N are sequentially equalized and then, equalizer 14-1 is equalized again. The time required for equalization is short and its intervals are sufficiently long, so that one controller can perform equalization control of extremely-many equalizers.
