Writing circuit 10 is provided at one part of loader 3 and when the maintenance information stored in information buffer 11 of control memory 4 reaches the upper limit of the memory capacity of buffer 11, the maintenance information, i.e., control information, an error log and the trace of an in-use state are written at an unoccupied place on floppy disk 2 by writing circuit 10.
