Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate a necessity of replacement of the punching metal mold, with a material economy improved as well, by means of punching electrical sheets of belt- shape, while automatically changing a distance of the winding slot, to shift to a conical shape after rolling in to a disc pattern.
CONSTITUTION: A slot 2, for inserting a winding with a predetermined pich to a belt-like electrical sheet 1, is punched out, with disc-shape core 3 manufactured by a rolling so as to provide a required inside diameter and outside diameter. Subsequently, disc-like core 3 is pressed into a jig 4, made to a conical angular shape, to be correctly shaped with the core 5 secured by a welding process 6 under this condition. And a direction of opening of the slot 2 is determined by using of stator core or rotor core.
