Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to separately measure a driver and a circuit excepting the driver and to easily check the circuit, when leak takes place, by providing a test terminal at the input terminal of the driver.
CONSTITUTION: The signal from a standard signal generator 12 has its frequency divided by a frequency dividing circuit 14, and drive pulses are generated by a waveform shaping circuit 16 so that one of them is fed to a driver 20 whereas the other is fed to a test terminal 18. Since it is possible to separately measure the driver 20 and the circuit excepting the former, it is possible to easily accomplish a leak current measurement and a waveform checking operation.
