Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable stable running usually, installing an air discharge pipe to lead the fluid in the buffer tank and a float valve to regulate the air in this tank, regulating automatically the compressed air the flow and water flow.
CONSTITUTION: Increasing accumulating compressed air in the buffer tank 4 during running lowers the water level, the float valve 13 falls in accordance with its lowering the compressed air is discharged into the pumping-up pipe 5 through the air discharge pipe 6 opening the inlet of the air discharge pipe 6. While when the water level is raised due to producing of water hammer pressure, the float valve 13 rises to shut the inlet of the air discharge pipe 6, the compressed air is accumulated into the buffer tank 4 to increase the pressure, pressing the water level down, pumping up the water to the prescribed position through the pumping-up pipe 5, and ruturnes the initial position. Thus, the compressed air flow and water flow are automatically regulated, the stable running can be carried out usually through that the float valve 13 moves vertically in accordance with the water level to open and shut the air discharge pipe 6.
