The discharge pressure is converted into the rotation of the exhaust valve 2 through a piston 24 and a rod 25. The top 1' of an exhaust port 1 is displaced up or down by the rotation of the exhaust valve 2 to automatically adjust the timing of exhaust. Since a section for detecting the revolution speed of the engine is integrated with a section for driving the driver for the exhaust valve, the construction is simplified and troubles are decreased.
