Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily mass-produce leg bodies having cushion layers, by placing a cushion sheet having a plurality of holes on a drag and by butting the cope and drag to each other to shape the leg bodies from a viscoelastic material. CONSTITUTION:The cushion sheet 31 having the plural holes corresponding to a plurality of pillar-like projections 13 of the drag 11 is inserted into the drag. Washers 33 are fitted on small projections 12 provided on the tops of the pillar-like projections 13. The drag 11 and the cope 14 are then butted to each other. The viscoelastic material is poured in between the cope and the drag and is heated and pressurized to make the leg bodies which are coupled to each other by a connection layer 36 of the viscoelastic material. The cushion sheet layer 31 is uniformly bonded to the leg bodies by the heating and pressurization. The coupled leg bodies are cut off each other by pressing, thereby obtaining separate leg devices.
