Abstract
PURPOSE: To manufacture the title thin film having high electric conductivity and undetgoing no deterioration on standing by forming a film of a one-can urethane coating conaisting of oily varnish, a dicarboxylic acid and an isocyanate on the surface of a solid body and by depositing Sn on the film in an inert gas-substd. vacuum atmosphere.
CONSTITUTION: Oily varnish based on dry oil or semidry oil, a dicarboxylic acid such as adipic acid or phthalic anhydride, and an isocyanate such as TDI or MDI are optionally mixed with 10W30% of cellulose nitrate. The resulting one-can urethane coating is coated onto the surface of a solid body to form a film. By depositing metallic tin on the film in an inert gas-substd. vacuum atmosphere, a tin metal single crystal thin film can be manufactured, and the crystal peak of the (101) face has completely disappeared. This thin film has very high electric conductivity and superior adherence to the ground film.
