Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent heat loss and feed water loss by circulating hot water to a heating feed water tank via a heating heater and providing an overflow pipe from the tank to a boiler feed water tank.
CONSTITUTION: In hot water supply operation, the steam from a steam pipe 2 is mixed with the water from a water pipe 3 in a hot water supply mixing valve 4, and the resulting hot water is supplied from a hot water supply hot water pipe 5. In heating operation, the steam from the steam pipe 2 is mixed with the hot water from a heating feed water tank 6 in a heating mixing valve 8, and the resulting high-temperature water is circulated in a heating hot water pipe 9 and subjected to heat exchange in a heating heater 10. The overflow portion is utilized for feed water for a steam boiler. When the steam is to be fed to a cooling room, a sterilizer, or the like, the steam from the steam boiler 1 is directly supplied through a steam pipe 15.
