PURPOSE:The resin whdth of the intermediate layer is shorten than that of the resin layer, and is laminated, the multilayer resin which is easy to reclaim the trimming scrap is manufactured by shortening the resin width of the intermediate layer than that of the resin layer of both external layers, by laminating and by cutting near both edges of the intermediate layer. CONSTITUTION:The different kind of the plural thermoplastic resins A,B and C are melted by each extruding machine. The width of the manifold 6 of the intermediate layer resin B is shorten than that of manifolds 5 and 7 of both external layer resin A and C, and it is reached to the junction 8 through the manifolds 5,6 and 7, the resins A and C are laminated from the die lip 9 at the both edge 10A of the multilayer resin 10, and it is extruded. After it is cooled by take-up and cooling roll, near the both edge of the intermediate layer resin B is cut by the cutting device 20.
